Gabber Eleganza is an open and ever-changing project conceived by artist and dj Alberto Guerrini, currently based in Berlin.
What initially started as a blog which quickly flourished into a multifold research forms. One of the key-figures into the hardcore revival renewed interest, the aim of the project it to building up a bridge between the sonic landscape and aesthetic side of Hardcore and post-rave cultures, and the contemporary culture of music and art, which, up to that point, had despised the aforementioned movements. Through printed publications, installations and live performances. Most notably, the now infamous Hakke Show which has been presented at Club2Club, Berghain, Hyperreality, Oval Space, Horst, CTM Festival & more.
