Berlin's BCR has been purveyor of fine music since more than a year and half now. Being both a record store and a place for music communities in the district of Neukölln, the guys share the love of good tunes and nice parties. The store has seen behind its decks the likes of Jus'Ed, Fred P, Sadar Bahar, Floating Points, DJ Richard, Eduardo De La Calle, AYBEE and Deepblak team, and also most of the young gunz of the Hauptstadt scene... from 777 Recs, Palms Trax, Florian Kupfer, Telephones, Finest Hour to Hinode and Lack records...

When they received DJ QU it has been one of the most mindblowing experience at the store, hundreds of people vibing, packed between the tiny wall of the south berlin joint. So naturally BCR dudes thought about bringing QU back to germany to share his knowledge of deep techno and more soulful things... And what better condition that the opening of their residency at PAL in Hamburg to decently celebrate this reunion !?

For those who would need a picture of DJ QU, he's been one of the major talent from the now firmly established NY Deep house scene, aside Levon Vincent, Fred P, Jus'Ed, Anthony Parasole... His productions are championned every weekend by the hall of fame of the electronic scene, and his musical touch has this unique thing only few really talend artists have at the moment. Behind the decks he's really swift and versatile, reflecting his benevolent soul. He draws his inspiration from his early experiences going out at legendary clubs as Sound Factory or Zanzibar to his recent sets in the world most advanced venues. Living the good life, sharing good energy and enjoying it one gig at the time...

With him at PAL, Arcarsenal, duo comprised of Alan and Etienne has slowly started to make a name with their own music over a couple of releases and a few upcoming ones including tracks on Underground Quality, Finest Hour, Boards and other quality labels... If their production are located on the deeper side of things, their record bags are a mix of lots of vibes from disco to techno and is full enough to work most kinds of crowds. Br. Morris, who can also be found behind the counter of the recordstore, has a terrible penchant for soul things, is it from soul, boogie funk to house, and will perfectly complete the spectrum of sounds for what looks to be a really exciting premiere !
